Sri. K.CHANDRASHEKAR was born in 1950 at Kyalanur Village ,Kolar District. During this student days he was inspired by Dr. Ambedkar’s life & his achievements to the society.

In 1972 he started Dr. B. R. Ambedakar’s Youth Association. During his tenure of 12 years in the Association, He served the most deprived classes & formed a Layout “JAI BHEEM NAGAR” Madiwala, B.T.M. Layout, Bangalore. At the same place he started an educational institution – BUDDHA HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL & JNANADEGULA HIGH SCHOOL in 1982, for the children of this area by forming BUDDHA EDUCATION SOCIETY®.

Dr. D.S. Prabhakar is a successfull person with the dreams to have aspiration to build the institution.

During his tenure in the Association, He served the most for development of institution and students carrier. Under his guidance many seminars and health awareness camps where conducted in the institution.
